It was actually the second snowiest
winter in Milwaukee's history, but according to the National
Weather Service, we got over 120" this winter. Crazy! That's double
what we got last year.

Milwaukee's Fourth Snowiest Winter

As I write this, we have had 85" of snow since October, which is
more than twice normal. Only three other winters in
Milwaukee's recorded history have had more
snow. The dogs had a lot of fun when the snow was fresh, but less
so when things warmed up enough to turn our walkways into sheets of
ice.
Crazy Snow-Lovin Dog

We just had about 12-18" of snow in
the last 24 hours. This crazy dog loves it, she can't get enough.
She runs and hops in it to the point where she is only a head
sticking up over the snow banks. Bella is not so much a fan of the
snow. Kaiser, on the other hand, eats it until she pukes up a bunch
of water, then keeps eating some more.

Just a few shots taken in August of
some of the work we did outside. The retaining walls in both the
front and back are new. We also planted 4 trees, as we had none to
start with.
